At Frenchie Bulldog, we want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your fresh new look. If the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, hair-free items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, free of pet hair, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
